Doctor Brooke and her husband Alec reside in the West Des Moines area with their dogs Aila and Spindle and their son Olliver.
Brooke is originally from Bancroft, Iowa, and grew up on a family farm in the northern part of the state and Alec is a West Des Moines native. Their hobbies include running, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying local trails, lakes, restaurants, and breweries.
Kaci is the patient care coordinator at Bloom Chiropractic. Currently, her main jobs include scheduling, answering the phone, and organization at the office. Kaci is a mom of two who loves to spend time outside and explore nature with her family. She coaches dance at Simpson College. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, cooking, finding new parks, and drinking mushroom coffee.
Kaci is passionate about finding low toxic home supplies and nutrition. We are looking forward to providing Kaci with an outlet for these things as she settles into her role!
Megan is our billing liaison. She helps to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for our patients on the financial side of things. Her main job roles include checking benefits, providing superbills, and scheduling.
Megan is a mama who loves raising her little boy and spending time with her husband. In her free time, she likes to spend time outside tending to their chickens and exploring the many parks in Des Moines. She loves to hunt, fish, and meet new people.
Madeline will be our social media and marketing liaison. You'll see her most frequently taking pictures around the office or meeting people out and about in the community.
Madeline is a first time mom to her amazing daughter and is passionate about breastfeeding and baby wearing! She and her husband enjoy being outdoors with their two huskies. They spend their free time watching local music and playing trivia.

Doctor Brooke attended Simpson College, where she fell in love with the Des Moines area and decided one day she would officially call it home. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, where she graduated with honors. She discovered her passion for pediatrics and pregnancy part way through her curriculum, immediately began pediatrics courses, and has amassed over 200 hours of pediatrics and prenatal work, passed a certification exam, and participated in pediatric research for the profession. She actively practices and teaches the Gonstead technique and teaches doctors and students about the technique all over the country. Doctor Brooke is an active member of the Simpson College Alumni Association and mentors individuals who are interested in the chiropractic profession.
Fun fact: Alec is a physical therapist who practices in the West Des Moines area!
